    Characteristics of aluminum die-casting products


    Casting is a process of metal smelting, usually by casting the mold in the mold using the gravity of the metal. However, "aluminum die-casting" is not done by gravity, but exerts a certain pressure. A bit like "injection molding". But it has a set of technically high cores, cooling and other systems. In general, the materials are sent to a cavity to be cast into a cavity through a centralized inlet to form a part.
    Aluminium suitable for die casting process is die-cast aluminum, usually die-cast aluminum.
    Characteristics
    High-pressure and high-speed filling die-cast aluminum is the two major characteristics of die-cast aluminum. Its commonly used injection specific pressure is from several thousand to several tens of thousands of kPa, and even up to 2 × 105 kPa. The filling speed is about 10~50m/s, and sometimes it can reach more than 100m/s. The filling time is very short, generally in the range of 0.01~0.2s.
